What is the Hope Scholarship?
The Hope Scholarship provides funding for students in West Virginia to apply to home schooling costs or to attend approved private schools. The Hope Scholarship supports school choice, increasing access and affordability. Eligible students receive a scholarship to be applied to their education at the school of their choice.
Is my child eligible for the Hope Scholarship?
In order to be eligible, students must be starting kindergarten OR they need to have attended public school for 45 days in the previous instructional term. This means that a student who is currently enrolled in public school may apply for the Hope Scholarship and transfer to Mountain State Montessori after 45 days in the public school. The scholarship must be approved before a student leaves public school.
