Where We Live

​Children can go to school anywhere. It’s true! We see schools in cities, in suburban neighborhoods, and in rural landscapes and all of them are there to help students learn.

Because learning at the NRGLC goes beyond our walls and extends into the world around us, we love that we get to call the New River Gorge part of our classroom. The combination of beauty, adventure, natural history and social history makes the New River Gorge a living library of so much information and how the different things we encounter and study are connected.
